Customer review terms

By submitting a customer review through Judge.me for any of our products, or a service review, you grant Lineup Dogsports AB, company reg. no. 559587-9593, hereinafter referred to as "Lineup" or we, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use all of your written reviews in connection with the company's marketing and advertising, including, without limitation, in the webshop, in newsletters, catalogues, emails and other customer communication, on social media and for other marketing purposes.

You also grant Lineup the right to review submissions prior to publication. We only publish comments that contain relevant information about a product and that help other customers make informed decisions and gain a clearer understanding of the product. Comments that are generally inappropriate or contain indecent or improper language will therefore not be published. Lineup reserves the right to remove a customer review at any time, for example if the comment breaches the above, if the product is sold out, or if the comment is otherwise out of date.

You hereby release Lineup from any claim for compensation for the use of your texts and any copyright in this material in connection with the use described above. You release Lineup and all persons acting on our behalf from any and all claims, demands and liability of any kind in connection with the use of customer reviews as described above. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice to you, but the terms available to you when you submitted the review apply to that review. Please save a copy of the terms, as we do not store or provide earlier versions.

Please note that reviews may only be submitted by customers who have purchased the item and who submit the review after receiving an email inviting them to rate and review the product after purchase. All reviews that do not breach our general terms are published. The review score reflects the average of all published reviews for the relevant item.
