If you want to use your right of withdrawal, return the item within 14 days from the day you, or someone on your behalf, receive or collect your order. Once those 14 days have passed you can instead use our open purchase right for up to 30 days from the day you made the purchase. The return fee equals the shipping fee you paid when ordering. If your order had free shipping, our standard shipping fee for your country applies.

As a private customer you have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. In addition to that, Lineup gives you a voluntary return right until day 30 from receiving the item. The voluntary return right is an addition and does not affect your rights during the first 14 days.
You are of course allowed to examine and try the item to the extent needed to assess its properties, function and fit. Please send the item back with its original packaging, labels and accessories. If the item has been used more than that, or has damage or wear, we may deduct an amount from the refund. For returns between day 15 and day 30, made under our voluntary return right, we prefer the item to be as new with labels still attached.

Once we have received and approved your return we normally refund within 1 to 5 banking days, at the latest within 14 days. The refund goes to the same payment method used for the purchase and any return fee is deducted.
Purchases made by companies are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal. Returns from business customers are handled by agreement, contact us before sending anything back.
Parcels not collected within the stated time are returned to us. We may then charge a fee covering return shipping, handling and administration.
