Description
Non-stop dogwear Trail quest leash is a light and flexible dog leash for those who want as little unnecessary weight and volume as possible without giving up a stable connection to the dog.
The leash weighs only 81 grams and measures 2 meters. The slim construction makes it particularly smooth for smaller dogs and puppies, but Non-stop states that it is also strong enough for daily use with dogs of all sizes.
Only 81 grams
What primarily distinguishes the Trail quest leash from a heavier everyday leash is the low weight.
With its 81 grams and 15 mm width, the leash takes up minimal space when packed down. This makes it practical for hiking, traveling, or when you simply want a light leash for everyday life.
Secure screw lock
Trail quest leash has a small aluminum screw-lock carabiner. The carabiner is locked by screwing the locking mechanism into place and can, according to Non-stop, be handled with one hand.
The carabiner is also attached to a swivel that allows it to rotate as the dog moves. This reduces the risk of the leash twisting and turning during the walk.
Comfortable handle
Despite the minimalist construction, Non-stop has not scaled back on comfort for the handler.
The handle is padded with soft neoprene for a more comfortable grip during the walk. By the handle, there is also a small loop where you can attach, for example, a poop bag holder or other light accessories.
For everyday use and hiking
Non-stop classifies the Trail quest leash primarily for everyday use and specifies hiking as an additional area of use.
This is therefore the leash for the customer who prioritizes low weight and flexibility. For running or activities where the dog is to work actively in harness, I would instead refer to an elastic bungee leash such as the Bungee Leash.
