Description
Freemotion harness pro from Non-stop dogwear is a competition-oriented pulling harness for dogs active in canicross, bikejoring, and skijoring. It is based on the proven Freemotion construction but has been further developed with lower weight, thinner padding, and a more close-to-body fit.
The harness's Y-shaped front provides the dog with free movement for the shoulders and is designed not to restrict breathing during exertion. Freemotion tech™ distributes the pulling force over the dog's body without putting pressure on the spine. This provides the dog with good conditions to work with a natural and efficient running stride.
With CleanSeam™ technology, the seams have been placed so that the inside is as smooth as possible against the dog's body. Combined with the thinner padding, this results in a flexible and close-fitting harness that reduces the risk of chafing even during intense work.
Freemotion harness pro has four adjustment points that make it possible to adapt the harness to the dog's body shape. Non-slip side straps and adjustable back straps help the harness maintain its position under load. Exposed areas are reinforced with Hypalon for increased durability.
Adapted for different body shapes
For sizes 5, 6, and 7, there are also S-variants with a smaller neck opening. They have the same length as the corresponding standard size but are better adapted for athletic dogs with narrower necks.
The individual fit is particularly important in dog powered sports where the harness must sit stably and distribute power correctly while the dog moves unhindered.
Difference from Freemotion harness 5.0
Both models use Freemotion tech™ and are developed for active dog powered sports. Freemotion harness 5.0 has thicker padding while the Pro model uses CleanSeam™ and thinner materials to provide a lighter and more close-to-body fit.
The Pro model also features Hypalon reinforcements, non-slip side straps, and alternative neck openings in sizes 5–7. This makes it particularly interesting for teams that prioritize low weight and a precise fit during training and competition.
