Description
Non-stop dogwear Bungee leash double is an elastic pulling leash with an integrated Y-coupler for training and pulling with two dogs simultaneously. The leash was originally developed for professional competition use in skijoring and canicross and is also used in bikejoring.
The elastic construction dampens jerks and reduces the load on both you and the dogs when they work together in front of you.
Elastic pulling leash for two dogs
Bungee leash double combines an elastic pull line with an integrated Y-coupler. This allows two dogs to be connected to the same pull line without needing to supplement with a separate leash coupler. The Y-part is static while the rest of the line is elastic. The construction gives the dogs a common pulling point while the elastic part absorbs movements and jerks during activity.
Developed for dog powered sports
Bungee leash double is developed for activities where two dogs work actively in harness. The leash is particularly suitable for bikejoring and skijoring and can also be used for running and hiking with two dogs.
Construction without metal in the Y-coupler
The Y-coupler has no metal parts in the middle. The construction is designed to avoid the rocking effect that can otherwise occur when metal components are placed between the elastic line and the dogs. The static Y-part is 85 cm long and gives the dogs room to work next to each other.
Dampens jerks and shocks
The core consists of high-quality rubber protected by a durable layer of polyester.
The elastic part stretches as the load increases and helps dampen sudden jerks between the dogs and the handler, bicycle, or skier.
Self-locking Twistlock carabiners
Each dog is connected with a Twistlock carabiner that locks automatically.
The carabiners have a swivel that allows them to rotate as the dogs move and helps prevent the line from twisting. Each carabiner is dimensioned for a load of 300 kg.
