Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to agreements with Lineup, which is operated by Lineup Dogsports AB. They apply to the purchase and delivery of products to customers in Sweden and other countries where we offer delivery. By making a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions. Last updated: 2026-09-02
1.General
Lineup sells equipment and products for dog sports and an active dog lifestyle through the online store at lineupdogsports.com in accordance with the Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). Applicable parts of the Consumer Sales Act also apply to purchases.
Lineup sells products to private individuals and businesses. Purchases by businesses presuppose that the products are intended for use within the business. Lineup does not sell products for resale without a specific reseller agreement. In case of suspected resale, Lineup reserves the right to refuse the purchase or cancel the order.
We strive to ensure that all information on the website is accurate, but reserve the right to make allowances for typographical errors, price changes, clearance sales, and technical errors.
Lineup reserves the right to update these purchase terms and conditions as needed without prior notice. We therefore recommend that customers read the terms and conditions before each purchase.
2.Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the country you have selected: Swedish krona (SEK), euro (EUR), Danish krone (DKK), or Norwegian krone (NOK). Prices include VAT for customers within the EU unless otherwise stated. Any VAT is specified at checkout as well as on the order confirmation and receipt.
For orders outside the EU, local taxes, customs duties, and import fees may apply depending on the rules of the recipient country. These fees are paid by the customer.
Lineup reserves the right to adjust prices and correct any inaccuracies related to prices, exchange rates, VAT, product information, stock status, technical problems, or clearance sales. We also reserve the right to make allowances for delivery delays beyond our control, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer legislation.
Prices and discount codes in the online store
When purchasing in the online store, the price displayed at the time of ordering applies. Products that have already been shipped from our warehouse are not affected by any price changes that occur after the order has been placed, for example during promotions, temporary offers, or adjusted pricing.
Promotions and offers at Lineup are time-limited unless otherwise stated. Discount codes must be entered at checkout before the order is completed to be valid. Discount codes can normally only be used once and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
It is the customer's responsibility to check that the discount or promotion has been correctly registered before completing the purchase. If the price is not displayed correctly, we ask the customer to contact our customer service before completing the order.
Lineup reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected misuse of promotions, discount codes, or other offers. We are not responsible for discount codes or promotions published by third parties or on websites other than our own official channels.
3.Payment liability and age limit
By placing an order with Lineup, the customer enters into a binding purchase agreement and assumes payment liability for the order. Payment liability is confirmed by the customer accepting our purchase terms and conditions at checkout and completing the purchase by clicking the purchase button.
To shop at Lineup, the customer must be at least 18 years old or have parental approval. Lineup reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if there is reason to suspect that the order was placed without the required permission.
4.Payment
At Lineup, we offer secure payment options through our payment partners. Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer's country and selected currency.
Available payment methods
Customers in Sweden can normally pay with:
- Payment cards – Visa, Mastercard, and other commonly used credit and payment cards
- Klarna – pay immediately, via invoice, or in installments, depending on the options offered by Klarna at the time of purchase
- Apple Pay and Google Pay – available on compatible devices and browsers
Customers outside Sweden can normally pay with:
- Payment cards – Visa, Mastercard, and other internationally accepted cards
- Apple Pay and Google Pay – available depending on the market, device, and browser
All payments are handled through secure and encrypted payment solutions via our payment partners. Lineup does not store complete card details.
Order and payment
Lineup currently conducts sales through the online store. Any future sales venues, events, or trade shows may be subject to separate terms and conditions depending on the method of sale.
Payment by card
When paying by card or other direct payment method, the customer is charged at the time the order is completed and confirmed. Once the purchase has been completed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer when placing the order.
If payment cannot be completed or authorized, the order will not be processed. The customer may then try again using the same or another payment method. All payments are handled through secure and encrypted payment solutions via our payment partners.
Invoice payment for private customers
Private customers who wish to pay by invoice or in installments are referred to Klarna. Klarna then handles the payment, and their terms apply to the selected payment method.
Klarna may perform a credit check in connection with the purchase. In some cases, this may involve a credit report being taken in accordance with Klarna's procedures and terms.
Any fees, payment terms, and due dates are stated at checkout and in information from Klarna. In the event of non-payment, reminder fees, late payment interest, and collection fees may apply in accordance with Klarna's terms and conditions in force at any given time. For questions regarding invoices, installments, or refunds via Klarna, we refer you to Klarna's customer service.
Invoices for business customers
Business customers may be offered payment by invoice directly from Lineup after approval. Invoicing is then issued by Lineup Dogsports AB in accordance with agreed payment terms.
Lineup reserves the right to refuse invoice payment to businesses and to request advance payment depending on the order value, credit assessment, or previous purchase history.
5.Gift cards and discount codes
Lineup may occasionally offer digital gift cards, discount codes, or other promotions that can be used for purchases in the online store.
Terms and conditions for gift cards
Any gift cards sold by Lineup are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase or in connection with the delivery of the gift card. Unless otherwise stated, gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
Gift cards can be used as full or partial payment for purchases on lineupdogsports.com. Any remaining balance can be used for subsequent purchases during the validity period.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are not refunded upon purchase. When returning products that have been paid for in full or in part with a gift card, the refund is normally issued via a new gift card or store credit.
Gift cards are a bearer instrument, and Lineup is not responsible for lost, stolen, shared, or misused gift cards or codes.
Terms and conditions for discount codes and promotions
Discount codes must be entered at checkout before the purchase is completed to be valid. Discount codes can normally not be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.
Lineup reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected misuse of discount codes, promotions, or other offers.
6.Shipping fees
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed and are based on the selected delivery method, delivery country, and the size and weight of the products.
For larger products, bulky goods, or deliveries requiring special transport, additional shipping costs may apply. This is always displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
If an order needs to be split into multiple deliveries, no additional shipping cost is normally charged for subsequent shipments.
We currently deliver primarily within Sweden and selected EU countries. Available delivery countries are stated at checkout.
7.Deliveries
The normal delivery time is usually 2 to 5 business days for products that are in stock. During high demand, promotions, holidays, or for pre-orders, the delivery time may be longer.
Some products may have different delivery times depending on stock status, supplier, or carrier. If a product is a special-order item or a pre-order, this is normally stated on the product page.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a delivery notification with tracking information if available.
If a delivery is significantly delayed, the customer has the right to contact our customer service for assistance or, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation, cancel the purchase.
An order may be split into multiple deliveries if products are shipped from different warehouses or at different times. The customer will then be informed of this in connection with the delivery.
8.Uncollected packages
Packages that are not collected from the pickup point or delivery location within the specified time are returned to Lineup.
In the case of uncollected packages, Lineup reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the costs of return shipping, handling, and administration. The fee is deducted from any refund. The amount of the fee is stated at the time of purchase or via customer service.
Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. The customer must therefore contact us and complete a proper return if the purchase is to be canceled.
9.Open purchase and right of withdrawal
30-day open purchase
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Lineup offers private customers a 30-day open purchase period for purchases made through our webshop.
The open purchase period is calculated from the day the order is placed. To use the open purchase, the customer must complete a
within 30 days from the order date. It is also possible to contact us by email with the order number and which products are to be returned.
The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. The customer has the right to examine the product in a manner that is necessary to assess, for example, its properties, function, and size. If the product has been used or handled to a greater extent than is required for this, Lineup may make deductions for any loss in value.
Open purchase does not apply to products that are specially manufactured, customized, or otherwise covered by the exceptions stated below.
Statutory right of withdrawal
When purchasing remotely, for example through Lineup, private customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or someone designated by the customer, receives the goods. If an order is split into multiple deliveries, the withdrawal period applies from the day the last item is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly notify Lineup via email or other written contact before the withdrawal period has expired. The customer needs to state the order number and which products the return applies to.
Effect of exercised right of withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from their purchase, Lineup will refund all payments received for the returned products, including any standard shipping, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. Additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery are not refunded.
The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the time we receive information that the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal. Lineup has the right to delay the refund until the product has been received in return or until the customer has shown proof that the product has been sent back.
The refund is normally made using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. The customer is responsible for any loss in value of the product if it has been handled to a greater extent than is necessary to establish its properties, function, and size.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal and open purchase
The right of withdrawal and open purchase do not apply to:
- Specially manufactured or customized products
- Products with clear personal customization
- Sealed products where the seal has been broken and the product cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
- Digital products or services where delivery has begun with the customer's approval where applicable
Business customers
Please note that open purchase, the right of exchange, and the statutory right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act only apply to private individuals. The Sale of Goods Act applies to business customers, and Lineup therefore generally does not offer open purchase, the right of exchange, or returns on business orders unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. Any exceptions or special agreements for business customers are made on a case-by-case basis.
10.Condition of the goods and original packaging
For a return or refund to be approved, the product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. The product must not be used, dirty, damaged, or otherwise deteriorated beyond what is required to examine its properties and function.
The original packaging, labels, and any accessories should be sent with the return if possible. If the original packaging is missing or damaged, a deduction may be made from the refund if this affects the product's value or the possibility of resale.
If a returned product is assessed to be in unsellable condition, Lineup reserves the right to:
- make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the loss in value
- refuse the return
- return the product to the customer
In such situations, the customer will be contacted before further handling takes place.
11.How to return an item
When returning via a pickup point or shipping company, a return fee is added, which is deducted from the refund. The current return fee is stated at the time of purchase or via customer service. If several products from the same order have been delivered in different packages, it is normally fine to return them together.
Return products purchased in the online store
To return an item, contact Lineup via customer service and state your order number and which products you wish to return. Once the return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how the product should be sent back.
Important when returning
- The product must be returned well packaged to avoid transport damage.
- The original packaging, labels, and accessories should be sent with it if possible.
- The customer is responsible for the product until it has been received by Lineup. We therefore recommend trackable return shipping.
- Always keep the submission receipt or tracking number until the return has been handled.
Once the return has been received and inspected, a confirmation is sent via email and any refund is completed in accordance with our return terms and conditions.
Return of several products or several orders
If you are returning products from several deliveries or different orders at the same time, it is important that all order numbers are clearly stated in the return shipment so that we can handle the return correctly.
12.Refund
Once Lineup has received and approved a return, the refund is normally completed within 1 to 5 banking days, but no later than 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
When returning via a shipping agent, any return fee is deducted from the refund. Lineup has the right to delay the refund until the returned product has been received or until the customer can show proof that the product has been sent back.
The refund is normally made using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase:
- Card payments are refunded to the same card or account that was used when placing the order
- Purchases made via Klarna are handled and refunded via Klarna in accordance with their procedures and terms
- Purchases that have been paid for in full or in part with a gift card are normally refunded via a new digital gift card or store credit
For business orders that have been paid by invoice from Lineup Dogsports AB, any refund is made to the account the company states or by crediting the invoice depending on the situation.
If additional information is required to complete the refund, we will contact the customer using the contact details provided when placing the order.
13.Complaint
As a consumer, you have the right to complain about a product in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. A complaint made within two months from the time the defect is discovered is always considered to have been made in good time.
If you wish to complain about a product purchased from Lineup, we ask you to contact our customer service and describe the defect as clearly as possible. Please attach:
- order number
- images or video showing the defect
- description of how the product has been used
- contact details
Products sent in for complaint must be cleaned and free from dirt, hair, and odor. For hygiene and occupational health reasons, we may refuse to handle heavily soiled products.
In case of an approved complaint, Lineup covers reasonable costs for return shipping and any replacement delivery. The customer is responsible for the product until it has been received by us if the return is made with their own shipping solution.
Products sent with cash on delivery or collect on delivery are not redeemed.
